Structured running workouts, built from your fitness and tuned to how you feel today.
Scroll
Tell it a recent race. It works out your VDOT, derives your pace zones, and writes the session. Intervals, tempos, hills and long runs, sized to the mileage you want.
How it works
Eight categories, from fartlek to track to long runs. Goal race set? The ones that matter float to the top.
Slide the mileage. Slide the intensity from 50% to 150%. Every pace follows how you feel today.
A block-by-block timeline with pace targets, distance and duration for every step.
Set your race, goal and training system once. Everything regenerates around it.
Eight categories
Each category offers two to five session templates. A goal race of Mile, 5K, 10K, half or marathon reshapes the options and hides sessions that don't suit it.
Training systems
The default. Eleven pace zones from easy to repetition, derived from your race result.
Zones relative to marathon pace, with threshold at 15K to half-marathon pace.
Easy at marathon pace plus 1–2 min per mile, strength at marathon pace minus 10 s.
Set your own range for any zone. Blank zones fall back to VDOT.
The intensity slider moves your VDOT 0.3 points per 1%, and every pace follows.

Save a .fit workout and share via Files or AirDrop, then copy it to your Garmin. No account needed.
Connect with your own API key. Workouts land on your calendar and sync on to Garmin Connect, if you've linked it there.

Privacy policy
Last updated: October 4, 2026
LapLimit has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. We don't run a server that receives your data, and we can't see it.
Saved workouts, scheduled workouts, your settings (including the race result you enter) and cached activities are stored only on your device. They are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, using a key held in your device's Keychain that is never synced to iCloud or restored to another device. Files are also protected so they can't be read while the device is locked.
If you connect Intervals.icu, the app talks directly from your phone to Intervals.icu using the API key you provide. It sends the workouts you choose to schedule and downloads your past activities for the History tab. The key is stored in the Keychain, is sent only in the HTTPS Authorization header, and is never logged. What Intervals.icu does with your data is covered by its own privacy policy. Disconnecting removes the key from your device.
If you schedule a workout, the app can add it to your calendar. Calendar access is requested only at that point, and you can revoke it in iOS Settings.
Activity routes are drawn with Apple Maps. Apple's privacy policy applies to map tiles loaded for that view.
We don't sell, rent or share your data, because we don't have it. Files you export (such as .fit workouts) go wherever you choose to send them.
LapLimit does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
Delete the app and all of its data and keys are removed from your device. To remove workouts from Intervals.icu, delete them in the app's Scheduled list or in Intervals.icu.
If this policy changes, the new version and its date will appear here.
